The bungalow features a flat roof profile with extended eaves and deep canopies, creating generous shade and strong architectural horizontality. Textured walls, large balconies, and carefully calibrated openings ensure privacy, airflow, and protection from sun and rain.

The design integrates a swimming pool and landscaped outdoor spaces, blurring the boundary between interior and exterior living. Expansive balconies and overhangs provide usable outdoor areas throughout the day, while maintaining thermal comfort and visual depth across the façade.

Inside, the spaces are open, bright, and fluid, framed by large openings that bring in natural light while controlling glare.
