The Race Course Road shophouse is poised for a significant transformation with an A&A project that ingeniously integrates over 700 square feet of additional space. Utilizing the innovative Bondek structural decking and casting concrete, the building's total area will be increased to 165 sqm.
Inside, the design celebrates the raw beauty of materials with exposed concrete and brickwork, creating an atmosphere that’s both edgy and authentic. White structural components and walls act as a visual counterbalance, providing a bright, neutral backdrop that enhances the interplay of light and shadow.
The interior scheme is designed with a minimalist approach, allowing the texture of raw materials to stand out.
