Oasis GCB is a 3,122 sqm luxury Good Class Bungalow conceived as a serene multigenerational retreat in Singapore. Inspired by Japanese simplicity, tropical living and the quiet rituals of family life, the residence is designed as a private sanctuary where architecture, landscape, light and water come together in a calm and harmonious composition.

Rather than a single monumental home, the estate unfolds gently through courtyards, gardens, shaded passages and landscaped pathways. Spaces for gathering are balanced with intimate places for reflection, meditation and rest, allowing every generation to find moments of connection as well as privacy. Framed garden views, water courts and pockets of greenery create a constant awareness of nature throughout the journey through the house.

Deep roof eaves, sheltered verandas and delicate architectural screens soften Singapore’s tropical sun and rain, while large openings encourage natural light and cross-ventilation. The swimming pool, garden pavilions, terraces and quiet water features are integrated into the landscape as part of an immersive indoor-outdoor experience, creating the feeling of a peaceful oasis removed from the intensity of the city.

The material palette is intentionally light, warm and restrained, combining pale natural stone, finely crafted timber, textured plaster and subtle metal detailing. Clean lines and generous proportions are softened by planting, filtered daylight and natural textures, creating an atmosphere that feels contemporary yet timeless, refined yet deeply comfortable.
